Around October 2007, Hilary first discovered her passion for cake making and decorating.
Her first attempt at making a birthday cake was on the occasion of her twin daughters’ Bat Mitzvah. Everybody was wary as to what the outcome would be, but were pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be edible! That first venture was a colourful and funky popcorn bowl, complete with popcorn, to finish the design. Despite the initial reservations, it was extremely tasty and well received.
Since then, with the encouragement of friends and family, she has progressed to more complex and difficult cakes and continues to excel. She looks forward to people ringing up to take on new challenges. The designs continue to be more and more wonderful.
She is more than happy to devote her time to this new found passion of cake making and design, she enjoys every second of it and it enables her to unleash the inner pop singer inside her, as she sings whilst she bakes! She is exceptionally talented at her work.
